1. About Lux-Closet
Lux-Closet specializes in the sale of luxury handbags, wallets, accessories, and related fashion items. Products offered may be new, pre-owned, vintage, or consigned unless otherwise stated.
2. Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, photographs, and condition reports for all items listed on our website. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations in color, appearance, wear, and condition may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and normal characteristics of pre-owned luxury goods. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
Lux-Closet is committed to offering authentic luxury products. Items are inspected and evaluated prior to sale. Where applicable, customers may request a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) during checkout. The optional COA service is provided for documentation purposes and may be subject to an additional fee.
4. Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
Customers may select a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) option during checkout. COA Service Fee: $25.00COA requests may increase processing time. Once authentication services have been performed, COA fees are non-refundable. A COA does not create any warranty beyond the authenticity assessment provided.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).Lux-Closet reserves the right to modify pricing, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, Lux-Closet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Domestic shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.00 per order. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value purchases. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges and optional service fees, including COA fees, are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated and will be subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and branding materials, are the property of Lux-Closet and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lux-Closet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
11. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Lux-Closet actively monitors transactions for fraud. By placing an order, customers agree that order confirmations, product descriptions, photographs, shipping records, tracking information, signature confirmations, and authentication documentation may be used to respond to payment disputes and chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
