Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of luxury resale merchandise, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size expectations

  • Personal preference

  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

  • Minor signs of wear that were disclosed in product descriptions or photographs

 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Product Condition & Descriptions

Many items sold by Lux-Closet are pre-owned luxury goods.

​

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item and provide detailed photographs for customer review. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and images before purchasing.

Minor variations in color, appearance, and condition may occur due to lighting, photography, and device display settings.

Authenticity Guarantee

Lux-Closet strives to offer authentic luxury products.

Customers are encouraged to review all listing details prior to purchase. Any authenticity concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

​

Customers may request a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) during checkout for an additional fee of $30.00.

Please note:

  • COA fees are non-refundable once authentication services have been performed.

  • COA processing may extend order fulfillment times.

  • The COA fee is separate from the purchase price of the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

​

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

​

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

​

Shipping Charges

​

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

​

Lux-Closet currently charges a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 per order.

​

Once an order has shipped, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

​

Lost or Stolen Packages

​

All shipments include tracking information.

​

For high-value purchases, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

​

Lux-Closet is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

​

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim when applicable.

​

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

​

By placing an order, customers agree that product descriptions, photographs, shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmations, signature records, and authentication documentation may be used to respond to payment disputes and chargebacks.

​

Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
