Layaway Contract Terms
Deposits and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. A minimum non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 30% is due within 48 hours. The down payment is due 24 hours after you claim an item. A required weekly or biweekly payment must be made.

Consecutive missed payments will incur a $50 penalty for the month.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You have 4 weeks to pay on purchase of $501 to $1,000.00.

You have 8 weeks to pay on purchase of $1001 and more.

If 4 weeks have passed with no payments, then all payments that had already been made and including deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
